Dale Carnegie Business Group of ND and NW MN, has over 13 years of experience with managing full cycle recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee performance, learning and development, engagement, corporate wellness and succession planning. Katie has an extensive background in developing and facilitating leadership development initiatives, including coaching and training in various leadership areas. Katie is involved in the Fargo-Moorehead American Society for Training & Development, Human Resources Association, Business Advisory Committee and MSCTC HR Curriculum Advisory Committee. Katie received her Bachelor of Business Administration from NDSU. Her certifications include Dale Carnegie, Hogan Leadership, Hogan Development, and ND Worksite Wellness.
