Description

Ethics is generally presented to employees from the view of the legal department and while this is a vital part of any organization, the training often times will only cover the list of unacceptable behaviors. This class approaches ethics from the perspective of the employee and breaks down the subject into simpler concepts that can be applied to everyday work activities. Employees will learn what they can and should do to create and support an ethical work environment.
