Description

A supervisor’s main responsibility may seem straightforward: To accomplish results through others. Yet achieving the right style of supervision for each team member so that each one can achieve peak potential is not always easy. In this workshop, participants will become acquainted with valuable tools for developing and managing their employees, and for creating a motivational atmosphere. They will learn two types of interaction: directive and facilitative. With the help of models, case studies and interactive exercises, they will go on to master the five roles of the Flexible Leader. Role flexibility, employee readiness analysis and teaming for success – three basic skills that help supervisors develop their employees – will also be addressed. Participants will leave the workshop knowing how to lead employees at a variety of motivation and competence levels to peak performance.
