Description

Evaluations are a continuous process, not just once a year. Being able to give and receive feedback is crucial to the success of your team. It helps build trust and loyalty. However, it can also erode trust, credibility and loyalty if not done correctly. In this session, we will learn some best practices on how to effectively and continuously give and receive feedback to improve the workplace.
