Description
In this 2 ½-hour interactive webinar, Kathy Overton will share skills and tools for creating an open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional or risky conversations. She will provide real-world examples of how to have a critical conversation to achieve results with confidence. Kathy brings unique perspectives gained from her experience working in state government while sharing the knowledge with her down-to-earth humor. Kathy Overton holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Montana State University and has a combination of over 26 years of experience in project management, training and development and IT. She has presented on topics that include professional development and management leadership courses. Kathy is a certified Crucial Conversations instructor. Many have attended her Crucial Conversations, Talent Performance Management System (TMS) and How to Interview Well courses.
