Description

Think about the business, government, academic, and volunteer organizations that you know well. You could place each in one of these three categories: Surviving, or barely so; thriving or close to it; and exceling. While the "survivors" do just enough to get by, the "thrivers," which constitute the vast majority of organizations, practice some form of continuous improvement. The "excellers, " a tiny fraction of all organizations, practice continuous improvement and frequently innovate. They make valued new products, processes, and services by combining what is already available, but largely, unseen in new combinations.

This webinar will show you how you and your organization can do that by describing varied innovations from within and outside of engineering and sharing the culture and tool lessons learned from each. You, your organization, and those you serve will benefit - win, win, win.

Speaker(s)
