They are also the planning tool needed to right-size your inspection staff, minimize costs, reduce risks, and prevent disputes. The webinar will share best practices regarding the specification of schedules and the management of project time.

Scott Lowe, is a Principal of Trauner Consulting Services, Inc. He is the co-author of the book Construction Delays, Third Edition, and is also past Chairman of CMAA 's Time Management Committee, leading the development of CMAA 's scheduling standards and procedures. Mr. Lowe was the lead developer and an award-winning instructor of the National Highway Institute 's seminar "Managing Highway Contract Claims: Analysis and Avoidance. " Mr. Lowe is a qualified expert who has provided expert testimony at deposition, arbitration, and trial. He has also evaluated numerous construction claims for State DOTs across the nation.
