Description

This presentation will cover the 4 processes most commonly used in maintenance welding - stick, MIG, flux core & TIG - as well as welding metallurgy, industry terminology, and safety. Industry videos are used in the discussion of process variables, advantages and limitations of each process, and to demonstrate proper technique. Machine settings, troubleshooting, heat treatments and repair procedures will also be addressed.

This presentation is ideal for auto and diesel mechanics, welders, shop personnel and supervisors who make decisions for repairs and welding activities.
