Peter T. Martin, PhD, PE, earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wales in 1975, his M.S. in Transportation Engineering from the University of Wales in 1987 and his Doctorate in Real-Time Transportation Modeling from the University of Nottingham, England in 1992. He practiced as a civil engineer in highway planning, design and construction. Target Audience

Intended for civil engineers scheduled to take the PE Exam in October 2019. Participants should have passed the FE Exam and approved for the 2019 exam.
