Description

Tori Brinkly, PE is a Senior Safety Engineer with the Federal Highway Administration's Resource Center. Tori has over 30 years of experience in transportation safety and works with counterparts across the nation on subjects such as roadway departures, roadside safety design, rural road safety, and the safe system approach.

Richard B (Dick) Albin, Dick joined FHWA as a Safety Engineer with the FHWA Resource Center's Safety and Design Team in June, 2008. Prior to joining FHWA, Dick worked for 15 years with the Washington State Department of Transportation and for 6 years for the New York State Department of Transportation in a Regional office. He graduated from the University of Wyoming with a BS in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Washington State.
