Snow and Ice removal operations are critical to transportation of people and goods. In this presentation, we will discuss some common mechanical snow removal operations and best practices. In addition, the presenter will discuss activities that can be done before the snow falls to help with your snow fighting operations.

Paul is also a partner in Evolution Liquids, an organic liquid de-icer production company, and Innovative Maintenance Solutions, and organization specializing in workforce development and research. Paul has been teaching road building and maintenance classes around the country for several years and has been in the construction industry since 1979.
