Description

Structures play a critical role in our transportation networks; silently facilitating the movement of goods, services, and people, as well as the connectivity across cities, states, and nations. Highlighting the critical importance of bridge preservation, in this webinar series, we discuss the challenges posed by aging infrastructure and the ramifications of neglect. Attendees will gain insights into innovative preservation techniques, proactive maintenance strategies, and the latest advancements in structure maintenance and preservation.

Part 3 of this series will discuss the importance of asset management and developing a comprehensive preservation program. This includes strategies for deck preservation and other structure components that need to be inspected and maintained. Some of the various bridge components can be overlooked, and we will spend some time discussing products and processes to highlight the importance of timely maintenance.
