Description

Having a conversation with someone – up, down, or across the chain – that includes bad news, criticism, final warnings etc. is difficult for most of us. In fact, many people will postpone or delay these conversations until the situation is even worse. In this presentation, we will learn some best practices to plan, organize and deliver challenging information honestly, effectively, and respectfully, and ensures a productive and good work climate for all.
