Description
The Primal Safety Program focuses on three main areas: Cognition, Judgment, and Human Connection. Brent demonstrates how a simple focus on lifestyle choices, stress management, and emotional intelligence can turn your safety program around. Lifestyle choices like sleep, nutrition, what you put in your body, and how you manage your stress, are the catalysts for people working safely. By increasing cognitive ability (how you think) and judgment (how you make decisions), and true human connection, you will have a safety program that works organically. The issue isn't only about your people knowing the safety rules; it's about increasing their mental, physical, and emotional performance and connecting with each other as humans. After this session, you will take away practical things to implement the very next day.
