Your Presenter(s)

Robyn Carter is a Learning and Development Consultant in the Human Resources and Occupational Safety Department at the Montana Dept. of Transportation. She brings an extensive background in training management, curriculum development and facilitation skills to the position, mostly working for financial companies. Her emphasis within MDT is developing the communication and leadership abilities of managers and supervisors, including topics such as personality, managing change, feedback, emotional intelligence and performance management. Robyn has a degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, in addition to a number of vendor-specific training certifications (DDI, NeuroColor, Myers-Briggs Personality Type, Emotional Intelligence EQi-2.0 from MHS and The Oz Principle).
