Why Attend

This presentation will build upon the previous one, with a more advanced focus on the documentation required for the proper evaluation of construction delays. The presentation will go into detail regarding what documents are necessary to show not only that a delay existed on the project, but what documentation are required to show that the contractor is entitled to recover for that delay. Additionally, the presentation will provide some real-life examples of how the various categories of documents that are maintained during a project are used to demonstrate delays and the responsibility for those delays. Lastly, the presentation will provide suggestions and recommendations to improve documentation to ensure delays are properly addressed.
