Speaker(s)

Dennis Dvorak, retired from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) at the end of 2024. He served as a Pavement and Materials Engineer with the FHWA Resource Center for more than 20 years. Mr. Dvorak specializes in material quality assurance issues and he has provided technical assistance and training to FHWA Division Offices, State Departments of Transportation and industry in all 50 states as well as internationally. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering and a MS in Engineering from the University of Nebraska.
