Description

Effective leadership means knowing when to coach, counsel, or mentor your employees. In this presentation, we'll break down the distinctions between these three approaches and explore how each can drive employee growth, engagement, and performance. Discover how to:

  • Coach: Provide targeted feedback and skill development to enhance job performance.
  • Counsel: Support employees in navigating challenges or conflicts that impact their work.
  • Mentor: Foster long-term professional growth through guidance and experience-sharing.

By mastering these roles, you'll not only develop your team's potential but also build a culture of trust, support, and continuous improvement.
