Description

This presentation is part of a three-part webinar series on concrete paving. This presentation guides us through the basics of finishing concrete, common mistakes, and identifies what the Engineer and Inspector should be looking for when performing observations on concrete finishing operations. We will go over not just what causes failures, but what to look for and how to address concerns before it's too late.

Brian Zuroff, Executive Director, North Dakota Concrete Council. Brian has more than 15 years of experience with numerous land development, municipal, private site, and highway projects across the Midwest. He has been instrumental in the completion of design and construction for various projects for developers, municipalities, and state agencies. Brian is well versed in almost everything concrete related, having experience in everything from finishing operations and mix design preparations, to quality control and teaching concrete related courses to everyone from high schoolers to seasoned professionals.
