Capt Adrian Martinez, NDHP Has been in law enforcement for over 14 years and currently serves as a Captain for the North Dakota Highway Patrol. Captain Martinez holds a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from the University of North Dakota and has over eight years of teaching experience at the university level. His passion lies both within the criminal justice system and education, where he is dedicated to helping others through his work.
