Description
Artificial intelligence (AI) tools are incredibly powerful and constantly changing. These tools have the potential to expand your professional capabilities, allowing you to work in more enjoyable and efficient ways. The trick is understanding what's out there and how to use it. This presentation explores the latest advancements in AI tools with a focus on practical applications for professional use. It introduces the basics of AI, including what it is, what the different types of AI are, how AI tools work, and how generational improvements have expanded what AI tools can do.

Emily Lloyd is a Senior Instructional Designer with over 20 years of experience in training and curriculum analysis, instructional design and development, and training evaluation. She specializes in developing engaging, learner-centered instruction that integrates adult learning principles, gamification, and virtual facilitation techniques. Emily received a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Instructional Technology from George Mason University in 2010 and a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2004.
