Why Attend
In an effort to support the FHWA Work Zone Safety and Mobility Rule that applies to all State and Local Governments receiving Federal-aid highway funding (reference 23 CFR 630 Subpart J), we are pleased to offer the ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) course as the industry standard for work zone safety training. The TCS course is designed to train those who will be actively involved in designing or setting up and maintaining temporary traffic control in a work zone. It moves from the concepts and techniques taught in the prerequisite TCT course to the implementation of traffic control plans and techniques for installation and removal. Participants are taught how to read and interpret plans and specifications and implement them in the field.
This presentation will NOT be recorded, there will be NO exam, and NO ATSSA certification provided. Upon completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion from TLN, which will be in the participants' record on the TLN Learning Management System (LMS). Participants may log in to the LMS and retrieve their certificate to download or print.
