Your Presenter(s)
Rex W. Eberly is an On-Call Pavement Preservation Specialist with the National Center for Pavement Preservation. In this role, he provides technical support and expertise to effectively address pavement preservation-related activities, such as outreach and training, to further the state of the knowledge and the practice. Rex is also owner of Eberly Unlimited, a consulting firm specializing in assisting Pavement Preservation contractors. Rex has worked in the Asphalt Paving and Pavement Preservation industry since 1983 and has held multiple operations and sales positions at various contracting and manufacturing companies. He is a graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Civil Engineering Technology and Surveying. Rex has experience in estimating, project management and supervision of Micro surfacing, slurry seal, chip seal, cold in-place recycling, full depth reclamation, soil stabilization and crack treatment projects. He is a past-president of the International Slurry Surfacing Association (ISSA) and is currently a member of the Quality and Education Committee.
