Your Presenter(s)
Noreen Keesey is the founder and CEO of Thresholds, LLC, a training and coaching business focused on individual, team and organizational development. She focuses on small businesses and nonprofits and helps them create aligned strategic plans, develop and maintain budgets that support their priorities, and operate from a strengths-based perspective. Prior to launching her business, Noreen worked in leadership and organizational development in the Army National Guard, retiring with over 27 years of service. Her love of learning led to certifications and training in a variety of areas. She enjoyed most of them and still uses some of them.
In a nutshell, Noreen is passionate about helping people make their lives better through improving their career and financial well-being. Noreen lives in Bismarck, North Dakota close to her mother, son, daughter, and friends. She can often be found with a coffee cup in hand listening to podcasts, reading a good book, or checking out a great new movie. (Note: She also loves the Oxford comma.)
