Understanding construction plans is critical to successful project delivery. In this interactive roundtable, partner states will provide an overview of how their design plans are organized and how to effectively interpret them. Discussion will include navigating plan sets from specifications, special provisions, and contract-specific requirements. We'll also touch on the value of as-builts for historical reference and best practices for resolving interpretation questions.
