Why Attend
Ethics provide accountability between the public and the administration. Adhering to a code of ethics ensures that the public receives what it needs in a fair manner. It also gives the administration guidelines for integrity in their operations. That integrity, in turn, helps foster the trust of the community. This presentation will discuss ethics in general and delve into the separation of ethics and personal beliefs. We will discuss potential conflicts of interest and how to navigate these encounters.
Who Should Attend
Although this course is titled Engineering Ethics, ethics applies to everyone. This presentation will be beneficial to all.
