Why Attend
This course teaches participants how to use motivational interviewing to improve professional and personal interactions, especially those interactions relating to helping others with behavioral change. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of these "best practices". We ultimately want our trainees to be able to have the "uncomfortable conversations" that are necessary for change to occur in day-to-day interaction with their clients and among the members of their staff.
Who Should Attend
Those wanting to successfully navigate the "uncomfortable conversations" that are necessary for change to occur in interactions with clients, staff, etc.
