Why Attend
Successful infrastructure projects begin long before construction ever starts. This presentation walks through the full lifecycle of project development - from initial surveying and data collection to design coordination, construction layout, staking, and final as-built verification.
Participants will gain a practical understanding of how survey data, design criteria, permitting, routing, environmental considerations, and stakeholder coordination come together to shape a buildable plan. We'll also explore construction responsibilities, machine control, layout updates, and the various types of staking that guide work in the field. Whether you're involved in planning, design, or construction, this session provides a clear look at how precision surveying and collaboration ensure projects are built accurately, efficiently, and within tolerance.
