Virtual Learning (desktop/laptop and mobile devices)
The above opportunity and more can be accessed by visiting the TLN Learning Management System (LMS).
Description
Delays can be hard to quantify even when the schedules are good. It’s even more challenging when the schedules are poor. The instructor will share his court-tested methods for evaluating construction project delays when the schedules are either poor or non-existent. The course will include practical, real-world examples of analyses performed when the scheduling information upon which the analysis was based was poor.
