Patrick Ibarra Co-Founder & Partner of the Mejorando Group, is an architect of innovation and entrepreneur of ideas who seeks to challenge the status quo thinking of “we’ve always done it that way” and replace it with a progressive approach to continuous improvement. Patrick brings public-sector agencies over 35 years of experience and in-depth expertise. He holds two advanced degrees, Master’s in Public Administration and in Organizational Development.
